Midwest Soccer Officials Association modified our Constitution and ByLaws in 2013 to better serve our membership. Previously only focused on High School soccer, we now serve the entire soccer community in Greater Cincinnati from SAY to Select, Youth Regional, High School, College, Adult Amateur, and any other organized soccer that we can serve.
Our new constitution provides for a Board of Directors that is authorized to maintain, modify and adopt changes to our ByLaws so that we may remain as relevant to our membership as possible.
