One of the purposes of our association is to improve the overall quality of the referee pool in Greater Cincinnati. Perhaps the best way for each member to personally improve is to request an assessment from a qualified assessor. Getting an assessment should not be a stressful event, the assessor it there to point out where you're doing well, and to offer a few items or areas to improve in.
