In order to upgrade to a Class 1, please complete the form which can be located on the OHSAA site under the Officials Tab.
Go to OHSAA.
Go to Officiating Tab
Scroll to Forms
Click on Upgrade Form (I have also provided you with the link below)
Print it out
Have 2 people who are Class 1 observe you and sign off on the form. They can be on the same game as you.
Submit the form to Charles Anderson (see his email in the instruction paragraph)
You will then have to take a test—see form for testing dates
You will need to be observed by 2 other Class 1 officials. They can be on the same game you are doing.
Be sure to follow the instructions on the form.
