Each MWSOA member was sent a survey via email and was asked to select referees that they felt should be selected for the 2016 High School tournament pool, for both boys and girls. The results were counted from all of the responses, and below are the results. As a reminder, there are 4 parts to the process of being selected for the tournament pool, this is only one part and counts as 25% of your overall score. The four parts are 1) Coach votes, 2) Athletic Director votes, 3) Referee votes and 4) "Other" votes (association secretaries, assigners, instructors, OHSAA staff, etc.).
